Design in-house
Floor plans, elevations and selections come from our own architectural design team — so nobody is translating between an architect who never visits the site and a builder who didn't draw it.
Open-book pricing
Cost-plus contracts mean you see actual invoices for labor and materials plus an agreed builder fee. Savings come back to you, and change orders get priced at cost.
A named project manager
One person owns your schedule and answers your questions, with formal framing, pre-drywall and final walkthroughs built into the plan.
Permits in our name
We pull every permit and coordinate every inspection, which keeps liability with us and leaves your project properly documented for resale.
Local knowledge
Our office is in Spring Hill and most jobsites are within 40 minutes. We know the plan-review desks, the HOA architectural committees and which lots hide rock.
Accountable after handoff
We close out with a documented punch list and a warranty walkthrough, and warranty items get tracked to completion rather than left to whoever answers the phone.

We're not perfect — nobody in construction is — but we're accountable, and we fix what we get wrong.
Are you licensed and insured in Tennessee?
Yes. Inspiration Homes, LLC is a licensed Tennessee residential contractor carrying general liability and workers' compensation coverage, and we pull permits in our own name on every project. We're members of the National Association of Home Builders and the Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee.
How long has Inspiration Homes been building?
Inspiration Homes has been building and remodeling in Middle Tennessee since 2008, working out of our office at 3370 Mahlon Moore Rd. in Spring Hill. Our work is concentrated in Williamson County and the surrounding counties within about an hour of that office.
Do you do both custom homes and remodeling?
Yes, and they're run by the same team under the same standards. Roughly speaking we split our work between ground-up custom homes on client lots and large-scale remodeling — kitchens, primary suites, additions and whole-home renovations — in existing Middle Tennessee houses.
What size projects do you take?
Remodels generally start around $18,000 for a single bathroom and run past $1 million for whole-home renovations. Custom homes typically run $300 to $500 per square foot excluding land. We'd rather tell you early that a project is too small for us to staff well than take it and under-serve it.
