How quickly will you respond?
We respond to every enquiry within one business day. If your project is time-sensitive — a closing date, an insurance claim, a relocation — say so in the message and call us as well, and we'll prioritise it.

A member of our team reads it, then contacts you to schedule an initial consultation on your lot, in your home or by phone. That consultation is free and ends with a realistic budget range and timeline. No deposit is taken before you decide to move ahead.
What information helps you the most?
Your address or the lot location, the type of project, a rough budget range, and your target timeline. Photos of work you like are enormously useful — finish level drives cost far more than square footage, and images communicate it faster than words.
Do you take small projects?
Remodels generally start around $10,000 for a Rapid Refresh and $18,000 for a single bathroom. Below that, we'd rather point you toward a handyman or specialty trade who can serve you better than we can — and we'll happily do that.
